When it comes to being in the work force, you need to look sharp. The old adage "you never get a second chance to make a first impression" could not be more true when it comes to business.

If you gain weight, spend the money to buy new clothing. There's nothing more unattractive than seeing a man squeeze into clothing that is too small. Hold onto your slimmer size for when you lose the weight. Use it mentally as a goal.
